A few things
you might be wondering.
No jargon. No pressure.
Just a clearer picture of what comes next.
What kinds of projects are listed on this page?
Fiber optic infrastructure built for Google across Tennessee, electrical work for the Electrify America fast-charging station at Opry Mills in Nashville, telecom infrastructure for T-Mobile at Nissan Stadium and Nashville International Airport (BNA), a 91-stall Level 2 charging site at a PepsiCo/Frito-Lay warehouse in Pompano Beach, Florida, and our own charging site development at 650 Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville.
Why do some project details say they are still being confirmed?
We publish only what we can stand behind. Where a figure such as service size, a completion date or a stall count has not been verified for publication, we mark it as pending instead of estimating it. That keeps the page useful to an owner or contractor checking our experience.
Does GridWise Energy publish photos of every project?
No, and we explain why. Some sites are client property where we do not hold photography, and the images we do have are labeled by source rather than presented as our own work. On-site photography of completed projects is being arranged and will replace reference images as it becomes available.
Can I use these projects as references when prequalifying GridWise Energy?
Yes. Prequalification packets, insurance certificates and reference documentation are available on request for owners, property managers and general contractors. Some client-specific details are confidential, so we share what we are permitted to share and connect you with the appropriate contact instead of describing a project from memory.
How does this page differ from your Our Work page?
Our Work is a short track-record summary of the experience behind our company. This page gives each project its own detail: location, project type, status, what the work involved and the specifics still awaiting confirmation. Both name the same confirmed projects, and this one is structured for evaluation.
Do you bid on projects like the ones listed here?
Yes. We self-perform electrical and HVAC scopes on commercial, data center, healthcare and EV charging projects in Nashville and across Tennessee. General contractors can invite us to bid with plans and a bid date, and we confirm within 48 hours whether we are a good fit for the scope.
