From a piece of land to a powered opportunity.
We start with a free site check, then review power and tenant demand. If your property is a fit, we propose an agreement and build the agreed charging project with our own licensed electricians.

A few things
you might be wondering.
No jargon. No pressure.
Just a clearer picture of what comes next.
What happens during a free site check?
You share the property address, approximate size and your interest. We take an initial look at access, nearby electrical infrastructure, the serving utility and potential charging demand. If the site looks promising, we discuss next steps; if not, we tell you plainly. There is no obligation.
How long does the review process take?
We aim to reply to a new inquiry within 48 hours. A deeper review of power and tenant demand takes longer because it depends on utility responses and site details. We keep you informed at each stage instead of promising a fixed timeline we cannot control.
Does the utility have to approve my site?
The serving utility must confirm whether it can provide the required power and what upgrades are needed. Its findings, costs and schedule are central to feasibility. We prepare information for that review, but only the utility can make those determinations for your specific parcel.
When do I choose between a lease, partnership or installation?
After the power and tenant review, we discuss which arrangement fits the site and your goals. You can choose fixed rent through a lease, a negotiated revenue share through a partnership, or ownership through an installation. Each option is explained in writing before you commit.
Who builds the charging station?
GridWise Energy builds agreed projects with its own licensed electricians. We coordinate the site plan, permits, equipment and utility connection, so you work with one team from review through construction rather than managing separate contractors. Construction begins only after a written agreement is signed.
