Local knowledge. A wider opportunity.
GridWise Energy reviews EV charging land opportunities across the states listed below. Every parcel needs its own utility, access and tenant-demand review; an area listing is not a guarantee that a site qualifies.

you might be wondering.
No jargon. No pressure.
Just a clearer picture of what comes next.
Which states does GridWise Energy serve?
We review land in Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana and Wisconsin. Our headquarters is in Nashville, and Tennessee communities from Memphis to Knoxville and Chattanooga have dedicated local pages with utility and highway guidance.
My state is not listed. Can you still review my land?
You can still send us your property details. Our current focus is the listed states, but we review promising sites near major freight corridors case by case. We will tell you honestly whether we can pursue the opportunity or whether it falls outside our current area.
Does being in a listed area mean my land qualifies?
No. An area listing means we actively review properties there, not that every parcel qualifies. Each site still needs its own review of utility capacity, access, zoning and charging demand. A free site check is the quickest way to learn whether your specific property is a candidate.
Why does location matter so much for EV charging?
Location shapes who will charge there, how much power is nearby and what local rules apply. Highway access, fleet routes, the serving utility and zoning all differ from place to place, which is why our local pages summarize the key factors for each state and Tennessee community.
Do you work in rural areas?
Yes. Rural exits and freight corridors can be valuable charging locations, especially for trucks and long-distance travel. Rural sites still need adequate power and safe access, so we review the utility pathway carefully. Some of the most promising sites are places larger networks overlook.
