No. Phase 1 is planned and in development, not complete. We keep that wording explicit on this page because a development plan and a built station are different things, and a prospective partner or customer should never have to guess which one they are looking at.

GridWise Energy is developing it. That distinguishes this page from our other project listings, where we performed electrical or infrastructure work for a client. Here we are bringing the land, the power review and the charging plan together ourselves, with construction performed by our own licensed electricians.

Developing sites ourselves keeps the whole chain honest. We see the power constraints, tenant demand and construction cost from the beginning, so the advice we give landowners and general contractors comes from building the same thing repeatedly rather than from a brochure.

Construction dates, later phase details and renderings or photography are still being confirmed. The Phase 1 figure of eight fast-charging stalls is what has been confirmed as the plan. We will update this page as milestones become real, not when they are merely hoped for.
